We take exceptional care in preparing your plants for their journey:

  • Includes climate-appropriate care instructions
  • Special packaging for delicate plants (suspended root protection for annuals, vertical packaging for container trees)

Ordering & Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We ship globally to most countries (excluding parts of Asia and remote regions). Our Leeds-based team processes all orders within 1-2 working days before dispatch.
What are my delivery options?
We offer two delivery methods:
  1. Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • 10-15 day delivery via DHL/FedEx after dispatch
    • Real-time tracking from nursery to doorstep
    • Ideal for fruit trees, delicate annuals, and time-sensitive orders
  2. Free Shipping (Orders £50+):
    • 15-25 day delivery via EMS after dispatch
    • Perfect for hardy perennials, bulk patio plant orders, or non-urgent purchases
Note: All deliveries require signature upon receipt.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! For Standard Shipping, you’ll receive real-time tracking from DHL/FedEx. For Free Shipping via EMS, tracking information will be provided though updates may be less frequent. Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched from our nursery.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, we don’t offer expedited shipping options. Our Standard Shipping is our fastest service (10-15 days after dispatch). During peak seasons (spring planting months), delivery times may extend slightly.

Payments & Accounts

Your security is our priority. We use industry-standard encryption for all transactions and never store your full payment details on our servers.

Returns & Guarantees

What if my plants arrive damaged?
We guarantee your plants will arrive fresher than local garden centres or we’ll replace them. If any plants arrive damaged:
  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the damaged plants and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange for replacements to be sent at no extra cost
What is your return policy?
You may return plants within 15 days of receipt if you’re unsatisfied:
  • Plants must be in resalable condition with original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned plants
Note: We cannot accept returns for plants requiring phytosanitary certificates.
Our Promise: In 2023, 98.7% of our shipments arrived in perfect condition thanks to our specialised packaging systems tailored to different plant types.
