Cordyline ‘Torbay Red’ is an RHS award-winning variety with magnificent deep bronze-red foliage. It makes an excellent centrepiece for a container display or border scheme. The rich foliage colour provides an effective backdrop to vivid bedding whilst its spiky shape creates architectural drama, breaking up the monotony of mounding plants. Better still, Cordyline ‘Torbay Red’ provides colour, structure and interest well beyond the summer, remaining a focal point for winter bedding schemes. As its name suggests, it’s a smart choice for seaside gardens where it will tolerate salt-laden coastal winds.
