Metasequoia Glyptostroboides ‘Gold Rush’

Metasequoia glyptostroboides ‘Gold Rush’ is fully hardy, deciduous conifer making a fine specimen tree for a public space,large garden or estate where it has the space to reach its potential. It is a less vigorous variety of Redwood, adorned with stunning golden-yellow leaves throughout the spring and summer, turning a more yellow-brown in autumn. The reddish peeling bark becomes more grooved and gnarled with age providing an attractive sight throughout the winter. Height: 8m (26′). Spread 4m (13′).
